- Any transfer received that is unable to be processed due to Washington State firearms laws will need to be returned to the shipper.
- The buyer/transferee will still be required to pay for our transfer fee, plus will be responsible to contact the shipper, arrange for the return shipping and will need to pay for any shipping fees required to return the firearm back to the shipper.
- After 1 week from date of arrival, a daily storage fee of $10 per firearm may incur until the firearm(s) are processed for return.
- After 30 days, if the firearm is still at the Gold Nugget, it will be considered abandoned, and the Gold Nugget will take appropriate action to dispose of the firearm according to current laws and legislation.
